Iterative processes

Internet Unlimited uses Scrum for project management. This is an Agile approach that will enable you to get involved during execution of the project and to provide input on priorities of development sprints. By an iterative means of development we are able to adapt to changes and new requirements along the way. There may be certain aspects of the project that you hadn’t thought of before or may need to be implemented differently. We always trace the output of the project and maintain control on results.

We regularly have to work together with third parties or our client’s partners. For example, we worked with Surfnet for S-TV and we maintain our proactive attitude towards the project in order to keep the game going. Of course we do this as much as we can, based on the project management budget allocated for the project.
